Warfame Console Patch Notes Now Live, Huge List of Changes Detailed

Patch notes for the latest Warframe console update have been detailed. The new patch features many changes, including a huge list of ability alterations and bug fixes.

In addition to this, Plains of Eiodolon has officially released. This expansion features a “day” and “night” cycle, with day lasting 100 minutes and night lasting 50.

For the list of highlights see below:

  • All trace fire weapons trace distance reduced to 300m apart from Sniper Rifles which stay at 1000m.
  • Magnetic Damage Status Effects now drain energy over time as opposed to completely draining all energy.
  • Changed Ayatan Star markers to only display if you’re within 100 meters or so range of the drop.. Amber Star markers will also appear larger due to their rarity and to avoid confusion.
  • Maroo’s Bazaar is now located on Mars.
  • Adjusted the Nyx Carnifex Helmet and Skin colors to match original design.
  • Toned down the density of the Zenistars FX.
  • Removed stagger on hit from Grineer Flameblade units.
  • Capture missions will no longer have the chance to change to the Exterminate objective in Kuva Siphon missions.
  • Improved the mesh quality of the Angstrum and Prisma Angstrum to avoid blocky textures.
  • Companions will no longer lose integrity if a print is in the process of being distilled to prevent unexpected death.
  • Changed metal material assignment for ceilings in the Corpus Tilesets to improve performance.
  • Improved Corpus Dropship passenger animations and increased the speed at which they drop the Corpus reinforcements.
  • Cranked down the intensity of Nox’s helmet smash and explosion upon death sound FX.
  • The following items are now color tintable:
    • All Vandal and Wraith weapons.
    • The Harkonar Wraith Armour and Syandana.
  • Updated icons for the Lato and Braton Vandal.
  • Improved Jat Kusar weapon trail so that it is more visible.
  • Toned down lens flair on Nekros’ idle.
  • Improved Operator movement animations in the Landing Craft to remove weird leg and arm motions.
  • Changed the TennoGen Knaita Mag skin’s default colors to match the Steam Workshop’s main image. Icons for Helmet and Skin have been updated to match as well.
  • Updated Grineer reaction animations to be snappier.
  • Updated the Shield Lancer’s shield to PBR.
  • Polished Grineer mobility animations.
  • Ash’s idle smoke now reacts to lighting.
  • Reduced particle count on one of Rell’s manifestation abilities.
  • Players who have the blueprints for The Limbo Theorem, Hidden Messages, or Patient Zero will now automatically receive the quest itself upon logging in. The blueprints will be removed and if they were under construction, the resources and credits will be refunded (except for the argon crystals for The Limbo Theorem, sorry!).
  • Anti-MOAs are now able to spawn in Exterminate and Mobile Defense missions on Jupiter.
  • Tweaked the glass material on the Orokin capsules in the first mission of Vor’s Prize.
  • Updated Quaro Sugatra’s material rigidness to make it perform more like metal.
  • Updated the Liset’s appearance in the cinematic during the first mission of Vor’s Prize.
  • Cleaned up a small patch of unintended Infestation on the Corpus Outpost tileset. Looks like those Corpus janitors were really slacking!
  • The Gear wheel can now have up to 12 items!
  • The in-game Market now includes a separate category for Warframe Deluxe Bundles!
  • The Ayatan Star installing prompt will now only display once per Ayatan installing session rather than on every socket.
  • Improved Hydroid’s Tempest Barrage when aiming through doorways. The Barrage will better hit the aimed location than the actual doorway.
  • Tweaked the Hydroid Graxx Skin default colors to better match original design.
  • Reduced the range at which NPCs see ragdolls / projectiles etc – this helps reduce the chance an NPC will see a body a long distance away and become alert.
  • Optimized scripts used by Defection missions.
  • Optimized the Infested Tar Moa sounds.
  • Made many small performance optimizations to all Warframe abilities.
  • Optimized Coolant Leak Mod slightly.
  • Removed being able to Quick Revive yourself when dueling in the Dojo.
  • The Sharpened Claws Kavat Mod now only applies the Armour debuff when actually dealing damage. Previously the Armour debuff would activate even if no damage was dealt.
  • Changed Juggernaut’s response to Warframe abilities to be consistent with other bosses.
  • Grineer Blunts now only take Melee damage and have a passive Health drain.
  • Reduced the radius on a light used on a few of Volt’s abilities.
  • The Simulacrum “Invincibility” option now works on Operators!
  • Updated the Ogris and Grineer Napalm’s fire FX.
  • Made sound optimizations for Nezha’s Fire Walker.
  • Toned down the smoke FX of Excalibur’s Radial Blind.
  • Kela De Thaym is no longer weak to finishers.
  • Slightly tweaked the visual FX of Frost’s Snowglobe
  • Vor’s Prize will now appear as “Completed” in the Codex for players that chose to skip it back in the day. This was causing confusion on prerequisites for Saya’s Vigil – it wasn’t stopping progression, just adding confusion.
  • Updated an old Waypoint used in Stolen Dreams and The New Strange quests which was missing an in-world marker and yellow tint, this may have caused some confusion as all missions use the in-world marker now.
  • The Focus School selection screen will now appear on login if a player has completed Second Dream but doesn’t have a Focus ability selected yet. This should also fix people stuck in the War Within quest or The Second Dream quest.
  • End of mission Endo rewards will now appear as a sum instead of multiples (ex. 200 Endo as opposed to 50 Endo x 4).

Warframe Baro Ki'Teer Items for December 1, 2017 Revealed

If you play Digital Extremes’ highly popular free-to-play game Warframe on either the PC, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, then chances are you know of Baro Ki’Teer — the bi-monthly vendor that makes an appearance every other Friday to sell some exotic stuff for players.

For today, December 1, 2017, Barok Ki’Teer’s wares can be seen below courtesy of Reddit user Lord_Dust_Bunny!

Warframe Baro Ki'Teer Items for December 1, 2017 Revealed Warframe Baro Ki'Teer Items for December 1, 2017 Revealed

Lord_Dust_Bunny even has a  list of “suggested buys” for mods and cosmetics. Bear in mind that these are subjective and should not be taken as fact on what to purchase and what not to. Think of ’em as guidelines more than anything.

Making another “Suggested Buys” list, though remember this is subjective. Items are listed in general order they should be bought, with the ‘best’ buy being at the top of each section.

Mods:

  • The Impact mods are all particularly niche, and all drop from the Eidolon now. Skip.
  • Special note to Collision Course: there is a Prime version of the base Impact mod for melee. Skip unless you want it for an Atlas stat stick as it has no other use.

Cosmetics:

  • The Eos Prime Set is a very nice armor set.
  • Ki’Teer Solstice Syandana is a festive syandana, but it is very blocky and does not fit most frames well.
  • Everything else is summed up as if you like what it’s for (Puppers, Baro Glyphs, Sentinel Cosmetics) get it and otherwise ignore.

Other:

  • Sands of Inaros is always a good buy if you do not own Inaros.
  • Machete Wraith is a Machete that isn’t the Gazal or a Zaw. Skip unless you want the Mastery.
  • Do not buy the Corrupted Bombard Specter

If you’re curious why people should NOT buy the Corrupted Bombard Specter, here’s why:

In no particular order:

  • The Specter is a one time use blueprint you have to pay to make in your foundry. It only makes 5 specters.
  • The Bombard specter, unlike every other specter in the game, is not an Eximus. This means it is significantly less tanky then other specters and provides no additional utility.
  • The Bombard specter comes with a shield drone. This shield drone only follows the Bombard, cannot give shields to the Bombard, and has no shields itself.
  • The Bombard specter can be stunlocked.
  • The Bombard specter does not CC enemies with it’s weapon

It’s basically a meme item. Just summoning a Lancer specter or Shield Charger specter will provide you with much more actual usage, with the benefit of not costing ducats.

That’s it for this week. Once Barok updates his wares, we’ll let readers know. If you’re a Warframe fan and want to see more coverage of the game here on MP1st, let us know in the comments below.

Mods:

  • Primed Pressure Point is a very good melee mod.

  • Primed Bane of Corrupted is ok if you do long duration fissure missions and is otherwise not needed.
  • Primed Pistol Ammo Mutation is ok if you hate ammo efficiency and Carrier.

Cosmetics:

  • The Ki’teer Set is a nice armor set, although it doesn’t fit many frames.
  • Ki’Teer Solstice Syandana is a festive syandana, but it is very blocky and does not fit most frames well.
  • Everything else is summed up as if you like what it’s for (Sentinel Cosmetics, Melee Sugatras, the Twin Grakata) get it and otherwise ignore.

Warframe Update Adds Ghoul Purge Bounties, Out for PC Today

Free-to-play game Warframe is getting a holiday event today with the Ghoul Purge Bounties! This Warframe update is, of course, free to everyone who’s playing the game, and is a timed event.

Check out the announcement straight from the press release below.

The grounds of the Plains have erupted with vile beings of Grineer origin – repugnant Ghouls that overrun their victims in a gruesome mass of limbs, toxin and violence. Players will encounter them via a Ghoul Alert, or by stumbling across their graveyards (where they are “born” from the ground), through Incursions or Bounties.

Four in all, these disgusting new Grineer include the Rictus Ghoul, who wields a deadly, ridable buzz saw; the Auger Ghoul, armed with dual flame-thrower that double as drills for limbs, digs down into the earth in one spot, disappears, and surfaces in another for a surprise attack; the Devourer Ghoul, a hideous, fat, pustule-laden beast with a lengthy tongue, spiked fists, and a jet pack to thrust him forward to shred Tenno to bits; and the Expired Ghoul, who dons bomb-spiked gloves to beat and detonate enemies to pieces.

To counter this plague upon the Plains, Tenno can arm themselves with a handful of equally authoritative weapons. Prepare to wield the majestic Corinth, a double barreled shotgun that’s commanding and explosive up-close; the sleek, deadly Gunsen, a steel-bladed, fan-like weapon that slices the throats of unsuspecting enemies in a mini-second; the satisfyingly brutal four-barreled Quartakk rifle; and the Grineer favorite, a compact, high fire-rate, automatic Uzi dubbed the Stubba.

There’s also a new trailer out regarding the new event.

Finally, players can now customize their Living Quarters and show it off to people!

The best is always last! Tenno can now personalize and decorate their own Personal Quarters with an assortment of cool items. Customize the Landing Craft with a mini-stage, then select from posable Warframe figures, companion toys and beds, wallpaper, a fish tank and more to create a mini diorama of one’s own making. Plus, players can now invite a friend inside to visit!

Full details can be seen on the official Warframe website.

Are you joining this Warframe event? If you want to see more Warframe here on MP1st, let us know in the comments.

Warframe Microtransactions Removed Due to Being Too Popular

Warframe Microtransactions Removed Due to Being Too Popular

Well, here’s a new one: Digital Extremes, the studio behind the massively popular free-to-play game Warframe removed an in-game feature since it was working too well. In a documentary series by Noclip which you can watch below, Digital Extremes studio manager Sheldon Carter talks about Warframe microtransactions and designing the game’s economy.

Carter talked about how in one instance, a Warframe microtransaction element had to be removed simply because it was being used way too much. Back when the virtual pets that helped players in missions were introduced (called “Kubrows”), players could pay a premium currency called platinum to randomly generate a new fur pattern or color combination for their pets. It cost around 10 platinum or about $0.67 in real-world money. Sounds harmless, right? Well, it seems one person went a little overboard with it, and that’s when Digital Extremes realized they created a slot machine in-game.

Here’s what Carter had to say about it in the documentary:

We had a lever, basically, for all intents and purposes. And we saw, you know, a guy pull the lever like 200 times. And it’s just like, ‘oh my dear god, what have we done? We’ve created a slot machine.’ And so you know, it was a couple days I think it took us to take it out—a day, day and a half. That one is a big regret.

While this feature turned out to be a moneymaker for Digital Extremes, it completely went against what the intent of the pets were supposed to be, as well as the game itself. Interestingly, it was the spending habits of one “whale” (a person who spends a lot on microtransactions for a game) that drove Digital Extremes to patch this slot machine feature out (hotfix 14.0.5) in 2014. Check out this part of the interview with Carter in the video below (it’s a multi-part series, which you can check out at the YouTube channel’s video playlist).

This is both weird and refreshing at the same time, right? I mean, when was the last time you’ve heard a studio pull a feature out for making too much money? But then again, this is why Warframe is successful and is still being played by millions to this day — even years after launch.

Did Digital Extremes did the right thing in pulling it or should have they left it in?

Developer Digital Extremes has, at last, announced the launch of their free-to-play multiplayer shooter on Microsoft’s Xbox One later this year.

Warframe is a third-person combat and shooter game that has already been well received on the PC and PlayStation 4. Digital Extremes will now be bringing it to the Xbox One via Microsofts’s ID@Xbox program that allows independent developers to self-publish their games on the console.

Warframe on Xbox One will be SmartGlass-enabled, allowing players to get real-time alerts to missions and information from the Codec.

The Free-to-Play ‘Sci-Fi Space Ninja Game’ Warframe is Now on Xbox One

Out on PC and PS4 for quite some time now, Digital Extreme’s free-to-play ‘sci-fi space ninja game’ (as Creative Director Steve Sinclair puts it) Warframe is at last coming to Xbox One.

Through Microsoft’s ID@Xbox, Sinclair says it’s been an “awesome” help in letting the studio publish Warframe themselves. “We could never have done that before,” he added.

“Now, we can take our independent studio we’ve been running for many, many years, but now we can go direct to players and they can get involved in our community and give us feedback. I mean, that’s how we built Warframe to what it is now and we’re hoping that people on Xbox One will come and join us and build the future of Warframe with their help.”

Xbox Users will benefit from all the the latest updates, providing a “mammoth of a space ninja game for you to consume,” says Sinclair.

You can watch Sinclair’s overview video above, if you’ve been in the dark about what Warframe is.

You’ll find Warframe on the Xbox One Store on your console or on your web browser.

Warframe Plains of Eidolon Gameplay Trailer Reminds You It’s Coming Soon

$

Digital Extremes’ highly successful free-to-play game Warframe will be getting another huge expansion soon on PC, and sometime in November for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. To whet appetites for the “Plains of Eidolon” expansion, a new trailer is out that hypes up the Warframe Plains of Eidolon launch.

Official details from the expansion straight from Warframe’s official website:

In Plains of Eidolon you will set foot in a Landscape larger than anything you’ve seen in Warframe — and you’re free to explore it on your own terms. Explore, discover, fight, and fly in ways you never have before.

PLAINS OF EIDOLON

Welcome to the Plains of Eidolon. Sentients once fought on this battleground in an attempt to destroy a massive Orokin Tower that the Ostrons now call home. The Sentients’ defeat is forever immortalized in the ancient graveyard that litters the Landscape.

Time in the Plains cycles the same for all Tenno. For every 100 minutes of beautiful sunshine, there are 50 minutes of haunted night.

PROTECT THE OSTRONS

The Grineer have organized drilling stations and sprawling outposts throughout the Plains to excavate the technology of the Old War. Take missions from the Ostrons to fight Grineer during the day and clear out their bases, but be fast, as these Grineer will call reinforcements when they spot danger. As you venture deeper into the Plains the Grineer enemies will get progressively stronger, so come prepared.

BECOME AN EIDOLON HUNTER

When night falls on the Plains, towering Spectral Sentients known as Eidolons ascend from the waters and wander in search of all they’ve lost. Small, deadly Sentient drones appear throughout the Plains to protect the Eidolons. Many Grineer will retreat to their camps in fear of the Eidolons and attempt to wait out the night.

Gather your fellow Tenno. You’ll need to work together to take down these massive creatures. Only the greatest Eidolon Hunters that combine forces will reign victorious.

TRAVEL BY LAND OR AIR

When you’re not sliding down hills or Bullet Jumping over mountains, you can summon your Sky Archwing at will to fly through the open Landscape. Spot and battle Grineer enemies from the sky and experience the beautiful scenery. Movement for your Archwing has been reworked to make it easy to fly through the Plains and engage enemies on the ground.

EXPLORE THE PLAINS

Experience the great outdoors like never before! Craft spears and bait to catch a variety of fish species and return them to the Ostrons to make consumables. Mine for ore and rare gems that have been affected by traces of Spectral Energy left over from the Old War. Venture far into the wild to explore hidden caves that hold secrets of their own.

CETUS

Use your new-found freedom to explore the bustling town of Cetus. Learn about its scavenger-inhabitants, the Ostrons, and their rich culture that revolves around the grotesque harvesting of biomechanical tissue from long-dormant Orokin Towers. Talk to the Ostrons in town to discover how the ongoing war with the Grineer has shaped their lives. Increase your Standing with the Ostrons by completing their requested missions and they’ll share their culture and knowledge while granting you access to their wares.

MEET THE VENDORS

Cetus’ merchants have everything you’ll need for time on the Plains. Want to immediately engage in battle? Pick up Bounties from Konzu. Feeling hungry for dinner? Go to Fisher Hai-Luk to unlock a variety of fishing spears and bait. A wealth of options are at your fingertips! Forge your own unique weapon, refine minerals to gems, customize your companions and Orbiter with all new Decorations, and buy paper mache Warframe masks for your Operator.

CRAFT YOUR OWN WEAPONS

At Hok’s Anvil you have the ability to design and build a new weapon using the Ostrons’ component-based crafting. Zaws are modular weapons with interchangeable components that affect the appearance, functionality, stances, and stats of the weapon. They are forged using three weapon parts; a strike, grip, and link — all of which are obtained by crafting Blueprints that Hok provides. Name your Weapon, improve it by adding Gilding, or earn Cetus Standing by pledging the Zaw to the Ostrons.

Lots more details can be seen here. Once the Plains of Eidolon update is out on PC and consoles, we’ll report on it and if there’s any balance tweaks included.

It looks like Warframe’s latest expansion, Plains of Eidolon, is quite something special as the game has reached an all-time high in concurrent players because of it. In a press release, Digital Extremes has announced that the Warframe player count reached an all-time high of 121,377 concurrent players on Steam, which is nearly double its former all-time record of 69,526 CCU peak in March 2017.

What’s more, Warframe: Plains of Eidolon rocketed to the top five of SteamCharts, with over 40,145,054 hours played. That’s quite something, no? Digital Extremes also announced that Warframe’s expansion elevated it to the second highest played F2P game currently on Steam!

Check out the trailer above, and what players should expect from the free expansion.

Plains of Eidolon offers players a massive new landscape to explore, a 10-story high boss to combat, new weapons, items and armor to upgrade and customize, a unique Warframe to play, all while introducing a significant, original chapter in the game’s ever-expanding lore.

Plains of Eidolon was released back in October 12 on PC, and will make its way to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year (also free).

Warframe Hotfix for PC 22.1.1 Has Fishing Changes and Lots of Bug Fixes

Warframe developer Digital Extremes has rolled out a new Warframe hotfix for PC to fix some of the issues the Plains of Eidolon expansion has brought to the free-to-play game. Aside from that, there are tweaks to the fishing game, UI tweaks and more.

Check out the complete Warframe hotfix 22.1.1 notes below, and there’s even something there was from the last patch that Digital Extremes forgot to include.

Plains of Eidolon: Hotfix 22.1.1

Fishing changes:

  • Take your fishing to the next level with a nifty “tackle box” gear wheel! You can now select the fishing spear and bait you’d like to use from a secondary Gear Wheel – Simply equip your fishing spear and re-open the Gear Wheel to make a selection from the spears and bait you’ve earned from Hai-Luk in Cetus.
  • If desired, you can still equip all 3 fishing spears in your default Gear Wheel, but if you’re looking to save some gear slots all you need to do is equip 1 fishing spear in your Arsenal.
  • The time in which fish bait is effective has been increased.
  • Animations when switching between different fishing spears has been added.

Changes:

  • Reduced the frequency of Incursion missions occurring if you ignore them. When an Incursion mission is available, a ping sound will play, and the Lotus’ transmission will play only if you engage it.
  • Made the smoke on Atlas Graxx helmet more visible, especially when in the Arsenal.
  • Bounties with only one stage will no longer display the Bounty stage counter.
  • Updated the description text when hovering over a Junction to better describe how exactly you can unlock it.

Fixes:

  • Fix several issues with Ostrons in Cetus and Konzu repeating redundant lines after returning from the Plains.
  • Fixed a rare crash when attempting to leave Cetus and enter the Plains.
  • Fixed supply drop missions in the Plains not progressing if you resurrected the enemy that held the beacon using Nekros’ Shadow Of The Dead.
  • Fixed Frost’s Snow Globe having visible holes when observed from the inside.
  • Fixed Gara’s Mass Vitrify unintendedly crystallizing Captain Vor and Lieutenant Lech Kril.
  • Fixed a script error related to Titania’s Razorwing ability.
  • Fixed a script error related to Ember Prime’s World on Fire ability.
  • Fixed a rare UI freeze when hitting tab the second you finish a Bounty that would cause a script error and prevent Clients from earning their rewards.
  • Fixed a crash related to attempting to leave a squad before the mission has started.
  • Fixed a crash related to a Client aborting a mission.
  • Fixed being able to place two different waypoint markers by placing 1 each as your Warframe and your Operator.
  • Fixed being unable to attempt a Bounty a second time (even if able to accept it from Konzu) after only completing the first portion of it and then returning to Cetus.
  • Fixed Operator hair losing bangs when wearing a Mache mask.
  • Fixed an incorrect material on Titania’s Unseelie Skin Tennogen skin.
  • Fixed an issue with chat linking “Community Sigil” displayed the incorrect Sigil.
  • Fixed all cases of Maroo’s Bazaar being located on Earth instead of Mars.
  • Fixed an issue where rapidly equipping/unequipping your fishing spear could cause Clients to no longer use Consumables properly.
  • Fixed several issues related to the animations for equipping a fishing spear.
  • Fixed fish spawns piling up in large bodies of water.
  • Fixed a case where fish would move much too slowly after being scared away by a spear.
  • Fixed the Teralyst unintendedly spawning in the Plains of Eidolon Captura scene during the night cycle.
  • Fixed an issue where gamepad users playing with the Classic controller config couldn’t use bait.
  • Fixed an issue where Clients would have their fishing spear equipped but not have access to the correct gear menu after host migration and forced to swap weapons to regain access.
  • Fixed Teralyst disappearing as per: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/867427-teralyst-can-turn-invisible-fix-pending
  • Fixed Madurai’s Void Strike not applying the damage increase on next attack to Warframes.
  • Fixed a progress stopper in the Natah quest where drones would not spawn.
  • Fixed issues with Syandanas clipping through Gara’s lower back.
  • Made progress on a rare crash related to the gates to Cetus/Plains.
  • Fixed Madurai’s Phoenix Spirit not increasing the elemental damage of Flame Blast.
  • Fixed Void Traces not being obtained if the last Reactant you pick up is with your Operator.
  • Tentatively fixed an Ostron being in a reference pose when you return to Cetus from the Plains (if you’ve played through The War Within and Saya’s Vigil quests you’ll know who I’m talking about 😉 ).

The following changes/fixes went live in 22.1.0 but were missing a mention in the notes, so we’re adding them here now:

  • Increased the Resource Theft defense target’s base health from 500 to 700
  • Added a health warning transmission to the Resource Theft Incursion.
  • Progress on fixing an issue where after finishing the first part of a Bounty the mission would not progress and no second marker will appear on the minimap.

If you notice anything that’s not listed in the patch notes, let us know.

Warframe Plains of Eidolon Console Version Out Today, New Trophies Revealed

Digital Extremes’ new Warframe expansion called the Plains of Eidolon finally has a console release date! For those not unfamiliar with Plains of Eidolon, it’s the biggest expansion so far for the free-to-play shooter, and it’s coming today, November 14 for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One!

Here’s what Digital Extremes has to say about the expansion (via the PlayStation Blog):

If you have been playing Warframe over the years, either as a veteran or weekend warrior, you are familiar with traveling from your ship to planets and back to unlock and play missions. The procedurally-generated mission maps have a clear start and finish, with objectives that lead you through fixed and enclosed environments. Today, we’re launching an open-space Landscape called Plains of Eidolon on PlayStation, which enables you, faithful Tenno, the chance to explore an open territory like never before in Warframe.

You can approach the environment any way you want. The Plains offer a continual asymmetrical day-night cycle with different activities in each timeframe. Want to hang out in the settlement town of Cetus with friends and visit the Ostron vendors? Craft your very own bone-crushing melee weapon (which we call a “Zaw”)? Burst straight into combat against new Grineer enemy types by raiding base camps and ambushing roaming squads?

Or are you a proud veteran player, with the experience to take on the ultimate battle against the titanic Teralyst Eidolon, a giant monstrosity that requires a calculated blend of combat skills and systems to beat it?

According to Digital Extremes, Plains of Eidolon will be a massive 2.5×2.5 kilometer open world territory with creatures, enemies, surprises and more.

Not only will the content be free, but there will also be a couple of new Trophies/Achievements for it, too!

Saya’s Vigil – Complete the Saya’s Vigil Warframe Quest
From on High – Kill 100 grounded enemies while in Archwing Mode above the Plains of Eidolon
Forged In Fire – Craft your first Zaw
By the Dawn’s Early Light – Survive a night on the Plains of Eidolon
Tomb Looter – Explore all of the Eidolon Caves
Sleds of Sunshine – Travel 500 meters in a single slide across the Plains of Eidolon
The Great Eidolon Hunt – Defeat an Eidolon Teralyst

For Warframe fans, let us know how the expansion plays. Warframe has been four years out and is still very much alive and well, which speaks volumes about its quality more than anything.

Have you downloaded the Warframe expansion yet? What do you make of it so far?

Warframe Baro Ki’Teer Items for December 1, 2017 Revealed

If you play Digital Extremes’ highly popular free-to-play game Warframe on either the PC, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, then chances are you know of Baro Ki’Teer — the bi-monthly vendor that makes an appearance every other Friday to sell some exotic stuff for players.

For today, December 1, 2017, Barok Ki’Teer’s wares can be seen below courtesy of Reddit user Lord_Dust_Bunny!
